[Resolved] Flipkart — Faulty device and at the least I wanted device replaced or money back.... | |||
My Customer Reference number with Motorola:[protected] IMEI: [protected] I bought the device on[protected]. I am experiencing problems with wifi and date services connectivity...there is a problem with clock also...automatically it switches to some other time... i have been in contact with motorola support team for quite sometime ...they asked me to give the device to a service center in Vijayawada...but in vain...service center said that there is problem with motherboard and they changed the motherboard (as per their word) and this took more than 25 days...they damaged my device on the side panels...i am attaching a sample picture along with this complaint...the problem with connectivity and other issues still not rectified... Now I have reported to motorola customer care on 27th nov 2014...they are supposed to reply me in 24 hours and yet no reply and i am still waiting...I have requested to replace the device or I need the money back... I am sure the Flipkart and motorola should take the responsibility...it has created huge toll on my mental balance and loss of my data every time i reset the device after the suggestions from customer support... it is not a complementary piece that I can be least concerned...
