[Resolved]  Flipkart — faulty item not able to return

I have purchased mobile phone moto c plus (Fine gold, 16 gb) from flipkart website on july 14th. Item shipped to me have faulty mic and i have requested for replacement as per the replacement policy offered by flipkart. As per customer support team instruction item was shipped to below address by indian post (Tracking id provided below), in both cases item has returned back to me because provided address is not correct. Inspite of repetitive follow ups with flikart, they are not providing necessary support to provide me corrected address neither they are not providing pickup of the item. Please help to solve this matter urgently.
