[Resolved] Flipkart — faulty mobily supplied | |||
This is to inform that i have purchased a mobile refubrished) on 15/08/2019 i got the parcel on 17/08/2019 and the mobile was not working properly ie the battery is not supporting it drains very fast, as per flipkart (2gud) policy there is a 10 days replacement/ refund warrant is there. I found that they have send me the faulty mobile on the same day and i made a coplient on the same day but the have sent a technition from jeeves tech services they technition also confirmed the mobile is faulty, but they keep on telling they will refund they kept on dragged me for 1 month and finally they said the cant replace or refund since they crossed the time (10 days) then they can only repair the mobile and give so the collected the mobile and kept if for 1 month the sent back stating that mobile is repaired but when i checked it is not repaired and they took this month and kept for 10 days again sent in the same condition not repaired please advice what is the next step Was this information helpful? | |||
