[Resolved]  Flipkart — Faulty MOTO E Black

Hi! I bought a Moto E Black for my father as a present which was delivered on 8/10/2014. Order ID- OD[protected]. This order contains a Micro SD card too. The Moto E Black stopped working on 27/1/2015. The phone stopped working within 5 months. No issues with the phone, the company gave hard time to my father as they couldn't understand the problem with the phone and he was asked to go to several different places as he couldn't get it fixed in Chandigargh where we live. He was asked to go to Noida for the repair centre, which he could not make it. I had a question for Flipkart and Motorola company why you make such faulty pieces and do not have a service center to repair the phone at all. May be flipkart might have sold products of 600 million on special occasions on India but Customer satisfaction survey I would give it a BIG ZERO and will not recommend to any one. I am going to post this on Facebook as formal complaint to alert other consumers and buyers about this.

As a quick resolution to this, you could visit the authorized brand service centre for assistance as the product delivered to you is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for any manufacturing defects that may occur during the warranty period. As you may be aware that the seller replacement policy of 30 days from date of delivery are over, the seller would not be able to replace the product. If you face any issues in claiming the warranty, do let us know and we will sort it out for you. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
