Flipkart — flipkart account blocked because of their system error

Sir my flipkart account got blocked as their systems have observed a trend in my purchase history that suggests that the items i've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. I have purchased for my families and my friends because I am very good in the flash sales. It's not illegal to purchase product for my friend and family. I have purchased a mobile with complete mobile protection plan and i want to claim insurance. But i can't as i have lost my invoice and i can't found it in my email i'd. Please reactivate my account so that i can download my invoice again. All the phones i have purchased either for my friends or my family members. It's for my family and friends that's why i included flipkart complete mobile protection plan. There is a major flow in your system that's why it detects like that. I have to claim insurance so sir please don't let the system decide.

Also, request you to share the order ID towards the invoice so that will assist you accordingly.

Hi,
There is only one solution just let me log in, let me free to use my flipkart account. If you can't then i couldn't claim my insurance and i have to take legal action. I want to order few items for my personal use so i have to create a new account and need a number which I can't because it's my personal number and can't change my personal number. Please don't ask me for the order id, It is impossible to remember a order id.
Hope the backhand team understand the issue and don't let the computer/the system decide.
