[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart account is blocked for returns.I have gc balance on my account

I hope you are doing well. I have raised a complaint about my return error. I am a plus member on flipkart since plus was launched. I am a regular customer on your platform. I had a wedding in the month of november when i shopped a lot on your platform and due to quality issues, i returned a few. Post that i am getting an error that "your return request cannot be fulfilled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of return requests from you. Click on 'need help' section from your order details page to reach us.
Every time i try to create a return i get this response. I have to reach out to the social media team every time i want to return an item. This is a great hassle for me. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest so that i can continue my regular shopping on flipkart. Today out of nowhere my account is blocked without any prior information to me.
I have raised a complaint in the consumer forum as i am not allowed to return the item which i don't like on your platform and unnecessary blockage of my account. I believe you guys are not standing on your owns statement of 30 days easy return policy. I am attaching the screenshot of the same. Expecting a positive and speedy response from your end. Kindly call me to discuss further.

Kindly create the return of my item or give me a return address. I am still waiting for my account to get unblocked so that i can use my gc of 500rs. I got citi bank credit card via flipkart and wants to continue my shopping so that i can earn my flipkart gift card worth 1000rs. You are unnecessary forcing me to keep a low quality product by not allowing me to return the item. I went through all the policies and see there is no clause of blocking the acct for returns. Why was never alarmed or warned for returns i[censored] felt so. Kindly resolved my issue. Call me to assist me.
