Flipkart — flipkart - blocked from playing in game zone and also not crediting the rewards that i won before | |
Hello sir, i won 2 rewards (1 earphone and one powerbank on 25th and 26th september respectively), many supercoins and few gift vouchers in quiz time and crazy cannon games held under the game zone section in flipkart between 22nd september to 4th october and the rewards and all other winnings were supposed to be credited till 9th october as mentioned by flipkart but when i complained to them on 10th october that i have not received my winnings they kept escalating the issue and on 15th october the seller and flipkart blocked me from playing further games and also not crediting the earlier rewards telling that according to sellers update you are blocked from playing and won't get the awards too, they are telling that according to the t&cs if you login same account in different devices you will be disqualified, but i have checked many times it is nowhere written in the t&cs and they are deliberately not mentioning as to save themselves from giving away the rewards. Also wanted to expose their double standards - a person can order from same account in different devices but can't play games. If thisnis the t&c they should have mentioned in the t&cs page but nothing is mentioned about this thing there and now flipkart is not willing to help and not giving the pending rewards too. I urge you to help me getting my rewards and made flipkart to unblock me from playing in the gamezone too. Flipkart is shamelessly blocking many users like me, even when i played all the games fairly & genuinely. Also i want to mention that i played according to the t&cs mentioned by them even then they are doing such things. I hope you take appropriate action on this and urge flipkart to help me on this regard. Hoping for a quick and positive response. We are sorry to let you know that, as per the seller's update your account is not eligible for game zone, so you are currently unable to play the game, but you can try after some time. We would like to inform you that Sellers and Flipkart reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Offer, at any time without any prior written notice. Sellers and Flipkart reserve the right to determine the winners and such determination shall be as per the terms and conditions. The decision of Sellers and Flipkart in this regard shall be final. | |
