My name is Kabir chhabria and I have been a regular shopper at Flipkart and buy products for personal use. I chose Flipkart as they provided me products at lower prices then the market but little did I knew that this saving regime will make me loose my hard earned money. I have called for so many products from Flipkart out of which couple of products were defective and had to be returned. Flipkart has a system called Smart app check for electronics and they will only accept ur returns when the system gets the error so there is no chance that Flipkart will accept it without checking the defect and after checking the defects Flipkart accepted my return And informed me that the money can only be transferred to the wallet. To which I agreed and kept the money in the wallet of Flipkart with utmost faith but they have now blocked my account and are not ready to refund my Rs 12548. If Flipkart thought that my returns are more first of all they should not accept it and secondly they could send me a warning letter stating about my returns so I would have been a little more careful in returning. But let me make one point clear it's not that I have returned everything only couple of products which were defective and were accepted by their smart app check. Now Flipkart is not taking my calls and today when I called up to their customer care number I spoke to their floor supervisor Ms. Pooja Vaisht who straight forwardly denied to refund my wallet money. Even my request were not considered and when I told them I will lodge a complaint against them I was told sir u can do what u think is right but your wallet amount of 12548 will not be refunded. Please help me get my hard earned money back.

Dear Team Plz Help Me I was already put the return request to flipkart, this item screen not work properly so plz i am not happy in this item so i wish return this item and refund my money kindly reply me . so i am not happy kindly action this issue and reply me, and your telle caller call me and rut-lily talk me. i am say his plz say me your name and pune location address but his not give me this detail so kindly reply me otherwise i will go consumer court.

I had purchased a samsung galaxy j7 from flipkart. And i recieved it on17 may but i got an charger or an airtel 4g simcard in the product box only when i have done a complaint in customer care they are replying same again and again plz help me give me my money back they are replying

I am supposed to receive 15% cashback (Icici netbanking) by apr end but have not received any till now. Offer period feb 12th-14th 2016 and i purchased the mattress on 14th feb 2016. Order id od[protected].

When i contacted flipkart about this they simply replied saying
— please note that the 15% cash back on icici net banking offer valid only on fashion and lifestyle categories so we will be unable provide the cash back as the above product not comes under fashion and lifestyle categories. As per our records, i see that the 15% cash back on icici net banking offer was displayed in every product page and we have mentioned in terms and conditions that the 15% cash back on icici net banking offer valid only on fashion and lifestyle categories —

I do not understand
How can they display an offer on a product page which is not applicable on that product.

Imo, it is clear case of deceiving your customers by displaying wrong
Offers on the product.


There is no way for a customer know if the offer is applicable or not. Because they displayed the offer on that product page too while ordering the product too.. Please see the snapshot.

I would like to file a complaint of flipkart about displaying wrong offer on respective product page thus by deceiving customers.

I had brought an asus zenfone 2 laser 5.5 from flipkart on may 6 2016. Now i see shades of color in its display. Vertical shades of colors are seen in mobile phone. I need to fix this problem by flipkart. The device has warranty. If it cannot be rectified i want the device to be replaced. Consumers buy things online to avoid such problems. So i want a reply at the earliest.
Do the needful as early as possible

I have bought a cellphone from flipkart of the company called brillion earlier and got the product delivery on 2nd May 2016. But when I started using it, on the very first day I started to get mic problems in the phone and hence the person to whom I make a call could never hear whatever I am saying over the phone. I had requested replacement of the product after 4 days of delivery I.e. on 6th May, butthere was no response from you guys. Then again I made a call to you on your helpline number on around a week ago from now, then again on the day before yesterday and also yesterday. But all I got from your customer service staff is their indifferent attitude and unwillingness to help me. All they said is that they get back to me soon which they never did and kept ignoring me.
So what should I do now to get a solution? Should I file complaint with Consumer Forum now against flipkart?

i have order this phone and now iam facing some charging fault in the phonephone automaticaly disconnect while charging and automaticaly switch off while using it this things happens almost 3 to 4 times a day i have requested return and replacment for it each time when i call to the custumer care they al talk differently one has said me that we are providing some trouble shoot steps if it didnt solve your problem then we will replace it when i do that and observe it for one day same problem are reapeating and i call flipkart custumer service and now they are saying that we have told that to satisfy you that time as you dosent want to listen they says me to take job sheet from service center . visiting a service center is very time consuming process right now iam a collage going student and i go at 9 AM to my universty and come back at 6:45.service centers gets closed at seven itis impossible for me to visit it.i have requested for technition one cs exicutive says to me that we have arranged it for you while another supervisor have denied it saying that we have raised complaint against that exicutive he has says you wrong .ii am in very big trouble sir please help me out with these stuffs all of your cs exicutive talks very differently and take very time and also they dont have manners to talk.from today morning i am reciving messeage from your side that your request for od[protected] has been approved but when i open my id i found that my request has been rejected .and when i call to the custumer care they says our software is not showing this thing this happens in evening also between 5pm-7pm i have atteched the screen shot in mail.one cs says that wait for 20 may another says that wait fo tommorow sir tell me what should i dothey always tell me different things now iam irritated with it iam a new custumer and iam having worst expirence with you how can i get trust on you and buy futher products in future if you do like this type of things.about one hour ago i called cs exicutive to say him that plzz arrange the call today between 9-10pm he refuce to do so that he can not arrange the call.kindly chek futher detail and voice recording of mine and talks with cs exicutive and forward it to the conncern department .and also sir please arrange call between these time as i am a collage student and i will not able to pik the phone between my classes .

I have order on flipkart on 10th may 2016. My order no are od[protected] and od[protected] today 18th may was the actual delivery date but i dont get any call from currier than i contact with flipkart. Then they replied me that your order is cancel due to non service area. Then i asked them if my area is non serviceable then how can i placed my order and you give me my order confirmation then the executive said sorry sir. But my question is that particular product a am waiting 8 days and specially canon dslr (Od[protected] am not doing my work properly unnecessarily i am waiting 8 days. Flipkart dont give me any cancel mail or sms.

O what can i do sir please give me salutation
