Flipkart — flipkart - blocking from game zone when the time has come to claim the prizes at rs 1

I am not able to play game in flipkart game zone. Whenever i try to play game in flipkart game zone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message from today evening, i. E: oct 16, 2019.
Please note i have only one account associated with flipkart so please make a note that i haven't tried to log in with two different id in the device.
Moreover since last month i have won some of the prizes by playing these games which i was able to see in the leader board before this incident. And now it just got vanished!!
Tried to call flipkart support had a word with them.. But during the conversation, i did realise that i was speaking to some robot who was just repeatedly told the same things without even understanding my problem. And as usual i didn't get any resolution from them.
Now i am wondering is this some kind of scam by flipkart and this is happening because i have won some prizes at rs 1 which i am suppose to claim started from 19th of this month!!!
I have screenshot of each and every prize that i have won during the game play, so don't try to tell me nonsense things and trick me. As a proof i am attaching some pics.
You guys won't allow me to play any more games!!! Fine let it be like this way. But i want all the items which i have won during the game play by spending my precious time.

I can see that after going through some of the complaints the flipkart team had been responded with : "We are sorry, we are unable to find your account details. Please make sure it's not the same in this case also. here are my name in Flipkart : Sourav Banik, my id : sourav.[protected]@gmail.com

Dont just respond nonsense. What part of my complaint is not understandable to the team????
There is no order related complaint I have posted. Its all about the blocking from the GameZone and also deprive me to claim the gifts that I have won and suppose to order at rs 1. Check the below screenshot where your support team told me that I will be able to claim the prizes at rs 1 later in this month. And when the date for that is coming flipkart is blocking me from the gamezone itself. Bravo !!!

Ohhh!!! Great as per your so called fake suggestion I have requested a call back from Flipkart. And they called me and the guy told me his name was Aman. Anyway when he asked me regarding the issue I was facing, I started to tell him the entire incident. Then he just cut the call inbetween. And obviously when I tried to call the no there was just a beep sound and it was not connected. Check the attached screenshot for the same.

I don't have anything to say to neither Flipkart nor consumer complaint, as I can clearly understand that this is a pure scam running by the Flipkart after getting the following attached response from Flipkart. PFA for the same. What makes me feel really bad is the part this website (consumer complaints) plays in this scenario.
