Flipkart — Flipkart cancelled my product without my permission After waiting 17 Day.
I order product on 31st of October on Flipkart my order ID is OD[protected].
Flipkart promise me my product deliver me on 11th of November 2021. my product is out for delivery on 7th of November but after sometime delivery boy update fake message the home is un located.
then my product if again out of out for delivery on 8th of November he again update fastly similarly my product out for delivery 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th of November. almost it's time out for delivery but delivery boy do not call me me and they not accept my call after 10th November registered complaint on Flipkart support the complaint id is [Incident: IN[protected]].
Flipkart again promise mein my product is delivered before 16th of November.
after 15 November I call again Flipkart my product is still undelivered. the told me Flipkart team working on your issue. on 16 November we got call from Flipkart almost 11:30 o'clock they told me again wait for 72 hour. after 1 hour later Flipkart cancelled my order without my permission.
Flipkart and Ecom express they both are fuling me almost 10 days and after that they cancelled my order without my permission both companies need to be answered my questions.
such a shameful activity doing from Flipkart it's very heartbreaking.
