[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart Cancelled the order of Poco M2 without my knowledge. | |
I am sharing the order ID which is OD[protected], This is the order for Poco M2 which is for 10499 but on 29th October I got the mobile on offer for 4999, when i placed the order through Axis Bank Debit, The order was accepted, Packaged and shipped too but today ie on 31 October at 8:24 pm git a mail from flipkart stating my order cancelled and refund initiated. I didn't cancel my order and want to know why the flipkart Cancelled the order and want to file a complaint as it is a breach of contract. Was this information helpful? | |

The seller has processed the refund of Rs. 4999 for order ID: OD[protected] on Oct 31 2020 and will reflect in your bank account by Nov 12 2020. Request you to note down the ARN: 74056630306030570688606. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
