Flipkart cheated it's customers by advertising that huawei p9 will be on flash sale for rs:14, 999/

Yesterday[protected] night flipkart send me a notification through their app advertising that huawei p9 will be on flash sale for rs:14, 999 from 22nd midnight 12am onwards. After seeing this promo on app, i checked their website and found the same ad there as well. But at that time the product was not available and it was showing "coming soon" on the product page. I decided to wait till 12 am to buy that phone. But even after 12 am, it was still showing "coming soon". I waited till 2.30 am refreshing the page in every few seconds hoping that the phone will eventually appear on sale. But it never happened. Went to sleep at 2.30 am and woke up around 6.30 am and the first thing i did was to check the same product page and it was still showing "coming soon". I checked again few times before leaving for an important meeting and all the time it was showing the same status. I even checked it in between my meeting and the status was the same. And now the status is "sold out".

Flipkart cheated their customers like me who were waiting for hours to by huawei p9 on discounted rate. They put a lot of advertisement regarding the flash sale of this phone on all the main news sites. It is pure cheating from flipkart. Just now i called their customer support and the lady who i talked with doesn't even care. I wasted almost 6 hours in the late night and was very sleepy in the morning even when i was driving. And i couldn't finish the meeting well coz i was too sleepy. I will file a consumer complaint if i don't get a satisfying reply from flipkart.

I already talked with your customer service twice. First time the lady didn't had a clue. And second time when i insisted on talking to the senior department, the executive agreed and asked me to wait till the call connected to the senior level. I waited for almost 15 minutes and all i heard was the music and i had to disconnect the call.

However, i can try one more time. But what should i tell them? Do you have any case number or something like that? I am afraid that your executives will be clueless again.
