[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart cheating on exchange | |
I have ordered poco f1 mobile on 14th mar 2019 from flipkart with exchange of my redmi 4 which absolutely passes all the exchange terms and conditions of flipkart. The phone is in excellent condition and doesn't have single scratch on it. Delivery guy refused to accept the exchange phone saying that phone may get rejected by the seller. Then i have contacted the flipkart customer saying the same for which they have asked to send the exchange phone images which i have submitted. (In[protected] later they confirmed that the exchange will be picked up and the order will be delivered in four business days. But the order got cancelled saying multiple delivery attempts failed. This is just cheating. I was always been in touch with flipkart cs team on mail and calls and in with e kart delivery persons. I have asked cs team to escalate the issue but they said they cannot do anything as the order is already cancelled by the seller. Dear flipkart, i have lost faith in you.
