[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart complete protection service is delaying my complaint for 2 months now | |||||
I bought an LG tv from flipkart and also bought flipkart complete protection warranty of 3 years with it. Recently my tv starting having issues and i filed a complaint at flipkart complete protection service. They kept on delaying my service at every step possible, be it the visiting of serviceman or delivery of the defective part (i.e. motherboard in my case) .Finally after 2 months, the serviceman came to my house yesterday with a part which was an old, repaired power board instead of a new motherboard . Now i again called the flipkart complete protection service and they are telling me that it would take another 21 days to send motherboard. It looks like they are just deliberately delaying my service and i feel helpless cause they don't even let me talk to their seniors. They are just trying to irritate me with this in hope that i would stop calling them or asking them for service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
