Flipkart — flipkart customer service not giving any resolution about my product | |||
@flipkart i ordered poco f1 by xiaomi on 10 july 2018 with order Id[protected] On arrival mobile was dead and damaged (Screen scratches). 2 scratches was On screen. I request your team for replacement of product on above given Reason and technician confirmed that product was dead and damaged. Your Team is not responding properly. Your helping flipkart team is not mentioning dead product and damaged Product on replacement, they mentioning only dead product. I file compaint 2nd time but your assistance is not giving amy good respons. I got mail from Your team. Seller rejected replacement request because product was intact When delivered. But when i open product was dead and damaged. Technician Visit confirmed that mobile is dead. Then am i laying or technician is Lying or your seller partner is lying?? When your slow team will work fast And effectively?? Now on 28 july, wishmaster denied to replace product Because your flipkart is not giving proper reason of replacement. Why Flipkart is not forwarding my complaint to wishmaster as i mentioned in Mail, call complaint?? What the # is going on with your flipkart?? I Want replacement or refund asap. Why i should wait for more 3 days. I give you money prepaid and your Service playing with my 18000rs. Can anyone tell ne how to react on flipkart for refund or replacement??
