Flipkart — Flipkart delaying Replacement request | |||
I brought a Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 from Flipkart; order no OD[protected]. The delivery was before expected time and I thought Flipkart was a good company, until I found issues with battery life of the product. I placed a replacement request and Flipkart has asked me to install Smartchk app for diagnosis. This app needs activation and I am still waiting for two weeks for Technical Service to call me and provide activation PIN. Every time I call customer service they will assure I will get a call in next 24 hours, but waiting from 06/05/13 until now.Please resolve this case as soon as possible so that I can give some good reference to my colleagues. I have read similar reviews of frustrated customers and I would highly think of buying second time from Flipkart. If you want to be no 1 ecommerce company in India you need to first fix your customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
