[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart delivery boys are not exchange experts

I have ordered a redmi 6 mobile in this big billion days sale for my brother against an exchange of redmi 2 prime. Today (20th october 2018) the new mobile has been delivered but the nuisance delivery boy refuses to take the old mobile in exchange. He told me there is a problem in the charging port, but my brother show him that the mobile is charging properly without any issue. At last he insisted us to rs 1400 in cash to take the delivery of the new mobile. So requesting flipkart team to investigate my problem and resolve the same at the earliest.

Today morning I have received a call from Flipkart escalation team. The lady was trying to make me understand that as I have accepted this product and the delivery has been completed successfully hence she will not be able to take the old mobile as a exchange product. She told me "sorry for the inconvenience" 1000 times without resolving my issue. I have recorded the conversation which went about 26 minutes. She added, as the exchange product has been denied by the flipkart delivery boy to receive hence the seller will not accept the product. Being a loyal customer, I can assure you that there is no problem in my old handset and if you guys want a confirmation please send a technical person to my place for a double check of the rejected product. Lastly I manage to take a confirmation from that lady (escalation team) that it was a mistake from that delivery boy, who is of course a part of Flipkart team. I have the recorded the call confirmation of the same and I will definitely keep it with me for future references. Now my humble request is take a appropriate action against this cheating and provide a logical resolution at the earliest. Awaiting for a proper response from the Flipkart team, thanks.
