[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart denying return of product | |||||
I ordered a blackberry shirt from flipkart but the product delivered was a used product with stains and without any price tag or blackberry tag. So i asked for a return immediately. But unfortunately the returns was denied saying tag missing. Now what can i do with this when the shirt i recieved was a used one without any tag The customer service failed to resolve my issue Copy of the complaint given to government of india official forum consumerhelpline.gov.in ([protected]) but they will take a week to escalate and direct flipkart at higher level and take necessary action Was this information helpful? | |||||
