Flipkart — flipkart does not recognise my phone imei number when I enter the same for exchange

never trust business men or these any sites. 2wice ive had this problem. Amazon recognises my imei model. Flipkart says invalid.
These are all marketing strategies.
All they want is money.
There is no solution to our problem.
Business men don, t care how you are managing money, all they want is the cash.
India is now flodded with marketing.
Sorry..i have the same problem with my recent Samsung A20s.
My request to all is never show a smile or generosity to Shops, Retailers when they show hostility. Until and unless u are satisfied with a product, dont buy it. Same goes in any products.
Instead anyhow loot them, try to loot them as much as possible.
Talk to customer cares strictly and abuse them as much possible.
Today warranty is worthless and so are insurances.
Try to loot Govt. sectors and private sectors.
U are a customer and the sites are shops. U give them cash and they give u a product. Relation kept like this is legit. Dont show any closeness to these ppl.

Is flipkart ur brother. Is the customer care your sister?
No.
They want you to buy with a full amount.
Never trust the smiles from a business person.
Personally if we have a friend who has a business, stop meeting him frequently. All they need is profit from anything.

Take care and Buy wisely and Never trust Business Ppl or any Sites.
What you will all notice now is as we know Make in India is the new goal but my friend, This Make in India issue will not help us customers.
Businessmen are ready to take advantage of this concept of Make in India. We customers forcefully have to buy them.
They will see profit even in patriotism.

I was trying to purchase a smartphone for which I got an exchange offer. I have an intex aqua 5.5 VR smartphone with me and I thought to exchange it. But during the verification process of IMEI number, I got the error message that the IMEI number doesn't match with the category. I tried with all sub-options under the intex option. Since the error was still there, I tried the any other smartphone option. Still it showed the error.

I contacted flipkart customer care and they asked to recheck the IMEI number and I did it a lot of times. Then they said that there may be some system errors and they are reporting it. They asked to check after some time and to contact again if the issue still remains unresolved.

I tried again a lot of time, but the error was still presistent. So I contacted customer care again and they advised me to find the right IMEI number by dialing *#06# and then just copy-paste that the number, which will resolve the issue what I was doing for several days. Then they said that the issue has been transferred to the concerned team and they will resolve the issue by 20-10-20. It is obvious that the phone which will launch on 16-10-20 that I want to purchase will become out of stock due to the offer sale while the issue become resolved.

I suspected that this error may be some system error or it can be some false promise fraud. Now I know that there are more victims and its definitely a fraud.

Same is the case with me. I am also getting an error message saying the IMEI number does not match. I have also provided Flipkart with a link from the manufacturer where they can verify the IMEI number successfully. However no response yet.

Amazon, flipkart and many other are doing same fraud.

I want I want to purchase Oppo Reno 6 Pro 5G when I exchange my off my Oppo F9 they could not verify my IMEI number what can I do give me the process I can also uploaded the IMEI number of my phone Oppo F9

Flipkart does not recognize my imei no which is correctly entered. May be they are doing it purposely.

Why flipkart u not showing the exchange value...my IMEI no is correct in mobile after dialing *#06# and also correct in setting about phone-all spec...and also same on mobile box...but when I tried to exchange my phone ...there show invalid IMEI no how could it possible...

Same for my leeco phone .. and it's really sounds bad when the customer care cut your call at the end. Moreover I spend thousands of money per month on shopping only from flipkart.

It's a request kindly please resolve it asap.
