Flipkart — flipkart does not recognise my phone imei number when I enter the same for exchange

My vivo y81 model is not available on the list for exchange and my imei number is not accepting as well. I am attaching screenshot of it
Kindly look into it asap.

Hi while exchange my phone I select my make model in flipkart as other smart phone but even that condition it shows doesn't match..

My phone is honer 7A which is not listed so I selected make as Honer and model is other ...while put IEMI no. It shows not matching... how it will match

Facing the same issue, while do the exchange getting error as "IMEI number does not match with SAMSUNG Galaxy J3 Pro" i am 100% sure that i am entering the right IMEI number. I opened my mobile case and double confirm the same. I think Flipkart doing this purposely. I read on another form that flipkart giving this error for moble older than 5 years, not sure is that true. If that is the case, they can directly give that is in terms. but nothing found as such.

Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know.

Flipkart lost its standard and hard to reaching customer care. They are not concern about consumer and their problem. I have faced same issue with Flipkart. I bought the phone in Flipkart and the same phone I try to put in exchange and delivery person rejected and stating IMEI not valid. But when check IMEI status in Yaantra, it was clean.
