[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart - Flight Refund due to Airline Cancellation | |
This is my first ever complaint and Flipkart Flights has made my experience so bad with flight cancellation and refunds. I booked an Air-Asia flight ticket from Delhi to Indore for the date May 08, 2021, through Flipkart Flights. The airline canceled the flight due to operational reasons of Covid. I asked the Air Asia supervisor about my refund and I did get an email about my refund from Air Asia but Flipkart already received it. They said Flipkart will return the money, but no one picks calls at Flipkart rather they disconnect it. No one ever replies to any emails and I don't think Flipkart can hold any kind of money for so long. Flight Booked on: March 25th Flight Canceled on: April 30th Refund Granted on: April 30th Today: June 24th Almost 2 months and still waiting for refunds in my account. Flipkart is such a big name but so a bad experience with flights. I want my money back because it makes no sense to keep money on hold for so long for no reason!
