[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart has denied to replace my defective product.

I have ordered a smartphone called realme 5 pro from flipkart. After delivery i found that the phone is defective. The proximity sensor isn't working. So i requested flipkart to replace the product. A technician has visited the product and found that the product is defective. But flipkart is denying from last 6 days to replace my product. I want full refund of my product or replacement. This is really annoying.

Updated by Nilanjan89 The technician has denied to come to my location. Jeeves has called me and told that they can't arrange tech visit more than twice and they cancelled the tech visit and told me to contact Flipkart. I have contacted Flipkart about this yesterday but till now problem hasn't solved yet.
