Flipkart — Flipkart has not been responded | |
I have received a wrong product on flipkart for a order voltas 1 ton ac. I have received right product for indoor unit but not for outdoor unit. Flipkart is not responding how many times we are reaching them. That have blocked my account and rejected the return request. I have already raised a complaint in this portal but it was marked as resolved without my confirmation. Please help me here in this case. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 08, 2020 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Aug 08, 2020 Updated by Kasiviswanadh polisetti Flipkart is saying same thing that they will get back to us since last 4 days, but there is no proper response. I have been flipkart customer since last 6 yrs but I've never faced this kind of issue. In next 5 days even return period of the product will gets completed. So please escalate this.  | |
