Flipkart — Flipkart installation of nokia tv | |
Item is delivered on Oct 6 but the installation is scheduled for Oct13th. There is no process or way to prepone/change the installation date. Flipkart is not even responding to the installation request. One customer executive blames the seller and another on Jeeves Customer support. I even contacted Jeeves support for this and they are denying to take any requests on installation. They will consider any request only after 10 days of the product being delivered. I had called the flipkart service centre more than 10 times but no one is helping. Why is that so stressful to schedule an installation request. Customer service is very poor and slow to respond any query. Please request you to help me and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
