I purchased redmi 3s prime (Gold, 32 gb) one year back but i did not get the bill copy hard or soft. Now my mobile touch screen gone. When i went to authorized service center they are asking invoice, from last one week i am contacting flipkart customer care but they are not able to provide invoice. So please provide the same. I ordered HTC One x9 back case 2 numbers. But they delivered one case only.
It is inform you that I Gulab Singh Gautam order a mobile dt. Aug 5th '17 5:42 PM Order ID OD[protected] but wrong mobile model number received. I have lodge a complaint of wrong mobile model received after some days re-received same mobile model number. if you not provide the true mobile model number please refund my money immediately.
