[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart is fraud delivering very old and defective product | |
Dear sir i had ordered adidas women and men ankle socks the details are given below 1. Order id:-od[protected] 2. Order id:-od[protected] So my concern against this order numbers or that the product i have received is 2 years old and the quality of the product is also very low. I had opened only one packet and washed one of the socks you will be shocked on washing the socks the woolen particles begin to come out. On calling customer care they simply denied that your product cannot be replaced or refunded because it came under no return policy. I totally agreed with this but you yourself think that is ilit written under the no return policy that the customer will get 2 years old product and defective product. The consumer have no right to information right to get good product from flipkart. You had given me mental pressure and also played with customer sentiment and you simply denied to help the customer and also violated consumer rules because i have received a very old product and and defective also. I know that flipkart will never solve my problem because i had also comlained flipkart before posting in this forum. They simply closed the issue saying that the product is under no return policy. So my request to all of you is please buy products from flipkart after thinking thousand of times. The customer rights are emptied into trash because they favour seller not the customer.
