Flipkart — Flipkart is neither delivering the product nor refunding me the amount | |||||
Got deceived from flipkart twice, once by their recent acquired jabong & other by flipkart itself. Ordered a product on 28th july 2016 with payment done online. C4urrent status is showing product is in transit since july 30th I am following up since 1 month but neither they are delivering the order nor canceling it & providing me with the refund. Its open & shut case where company took the payment but did not deliver the item. Mails, tweets & calls being carried out repeatedly to recover my hard earned money but flipkart is turning deaf ears to my complaint. Second issue again with flipkart where i bought 2 led lamps @2400 from flipkart which generally comes with at least 1 year warranty but it stopped working within a month. Right from very first day it started showing heating problem & if the lamp is kept on for long it goes off due to overheating. With the days passed the duration reduces & it started getting off mere after 15 minutes & finally the lamp the light was getting dimmer day after day & finally it stopped working in a months time. I did not expected such fake products are being sold at flipkart. Contacted customer care, giving the standard reply that items cannot be returned after 10 days. Led lamps getting corrupted in one month, even raid side sellers would have been selling better quality products than flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||
