[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart is not providing any type of help

I've my complaint regarding redmi note 5 pro.
The product i got is fake. They delievered fake product, is accepted by them also. I've already sent them all types of proofs i have with.
Whenever i call them, they ignore the request by saying, that they will get resolution by 25 hrs.
Now i was fed up by their services.
Now i want refund/replacement against my order.
I've complaining since 15 days, my issue has not solved.
