[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart is selling defective and mobile (aqua pearl max a100)

Sir,
i purchased online aqua pearl max a100 mobile on[protected] @ of 1329/- from flipkart company and it was a defective and garbage piece .It does not work at all. Its all function are dead . I made a complaint to the customer care no. Of flipkart company but the executive did notlisten me properly and talked to me in bad manners .He said that company will not take back the mobile nor it will refund money.
He asked me to contact the toll free no. Of the" aqua pearl "company and send mail to the i. D. Of the company . I did it but got no any reply till now. The toll free no. Of the company is dead.
Anyone who has the complaints to the "flipkart" and "aqua pearl max" may contact to me for taking legal against these two cheaters company.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint that he order the product which was defective. We interacted with the customer apologized for the inconvenience and informed to visit the Authorized service center as the seller replacement policy has breached. Closing the complaint from our end.
