[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart mobile order #od[protected] cancelled automatically | |||||
I palace the order on 16th october for redmi note 4 (Black, 64 gb) in diwali sale and after all offer price 9, 899/-. Product ship next and expected delivery date was 23rd oct. I was waiting for product and received a mail on 22nd oct 2:33 am we regret to inform you that despite several attempts, we could not reach you for delivery of the following items in the order with order id od[protected]. I was socked when received this mail. No one contacted me no one come for delivery. I called flipkart customer care and got update the our courier partner cancel this order and you can palace new order. Same product cost is 12999/- now so this is a cheating by flipkart and i also wrote to [protected]@flipkart.com but no response so far. This was not expected from flipkart. Verified Support Nov 10, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer informed to place a fresh order again as courier returned by seller and Token of apology provided for the same issue.
