[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart not attending the issue on replacement of mobile | |||||
I have brought redmi note 5 pro from flipkart. This phone worked for 4 days with some hanging issues. On 31 aug 18 this mobile completely came to a halt and got switched off after a frozen screen. Since then it didn't came online i tried connecting to a charger for three to four hours assuming that the battery would have been drained but the phone didn't show any sign of charging. I booked a replacement request on 31 aug 18 and a rude flipkart representative (Rakesh) called me to complicate my issue, he then bluffed me that he is forwarding my request to the seller for replacement but could not do so due to some system problems and advised me to call again. Hoping india's biggest online seller would attend this issue on its "f assured" product i waited for four days. But i didn't got a call as this was my problem. I again called the customer care on 04 aug 18 regarding this issue, explained all the things once again answered questions and then got the same answer that the systems are unable to forward your request to the seller for replacement please call again after some time.
