my Order ID - OD[protected] month back my zen fone not working i was sent return to flip kart but flipkart not refund my amount they said we not received your mobil (actual they lie ) i have pod copy of delivery so how can cheating wit me please reslove my problem Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jul 08, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer he told he had sent back the product through Fedex courier hence checked with website the shipment is delivered to our wear house. Informed customer replacement cant be processed because he's return abuser, however refund can be processed to customer flipkart wallet account also informed about courier charges.
