[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart not refunding for 50 days.. rs.44, 760/-

Hi consumercomplaints team, my flipkart order id is od[protected]. Its a asus vivobook worth rs.44, 760/-. At my doorstep... I made cod through phonepe to flipkart upi on[protected], 02.30pm it was successful on phonepe but didnot reflect in my flipkart ccount. So, the order cancelled. From then i am asking for refunding... Flipkart team not responding well... Diverting by escalations, resolutions, many assurances, blaming seller, blaming bank and treating customer worst. Kindly help me over my refund rs.44, 760/-

Updated by C R Udhaya Kumar They are blaming on seller, when it is successful on phonepe without reflecting it on my Flipkart app account how can u transfer amount to seller...I gave time to reflect till[protected]...when I ask Flipkart that I will put it in court they are giving threat MSG's stay safe and healthy.
