[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart pathetic customer experience (mobile replacement process) | |||||
Order ID: OD[protected] Pathetic experience with flipkart customer service. I have made an order for Redmi Note 5 Pro (Black, 64 GB) mobile phone. Hence I received display damaged product. Then I have apply replacement as per their policy. They were promised to replace my damaged product. ID No: Return ID:[protected] (2nd August is dead line but, Still In progress from 11th June to 3rd August 2018) Return ID:[protected] (2nd July 2018, Cancelled without any proper Reason) They promised many delivery dates from 11th June, 2018 to 2nd August 2018 but still is progressing. I was tracking the order since morning 3rd August 2018. The product was been misrouted in the same city. I called customer care and tried to get a resolution, they don't have a proper answer. I requested them to at least share the warehouse details so that I can drive to the warehouse to collect the product. They refused to share that details as well, then after so much struggle but still no one has not help. Last two months I have facing peace less mind due to flipkart purchase also facing lots of difficulties from my jobs.(IT employee, Mobile testing). In addition, I am inform colleague’s family members and friends will never purchase any product from flip kart. I solution from flip kart or I need refund without replacement. Verified Support Aug 09, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed that the product has been delivered on August 07, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
Verified Support Aug 10, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a concern stating that he has received a damaged product as the display was damaged. He requested for replacement but the it has been delayed.Spoke to customer and arranged for the replacement. Customer later confirmed that he has received the replacement. Closing the case. | |||||
