Flipkart — flipkart pay later, dues cleared but not reflected in account | |
I had a due of amount 3266₹ on flipkart pay later. I paid that due amount on 8/10/19 2:03pm. My two orders got cancelled of which i had already escalated an issue with flipkart's support team. Now, i should get refund of those two orders. But, instead flipkart is asking me to pay 2172₹ which is incompressible to me. I have talked with countless of their representatives and everyone assures me that they will resolve this but it gets nowhere after the call ends and everytime they have the same excuse that they couldn't reach me. Ofcourse i am not able to pickup your call in the middle of the day. They've blocked my account and on top of that this messages, emails and calls about the unpaid due amount which i've already paid feels like i'm being harassed. Is flipkart doing this intentionally with multiple people to earn additional profit?! Not an accusation just a thought. Can anybody tell what steps can i take from here to solve this issue?
