Flipkart — Flipkart Paylater Issue even after the loans are closed

Dear Flipkart Team,

I had availed myself of 2 Flipkart pay later loans.

Product 1 :
Infinix Hot 10 Play (Aegean Blue, 64 GB)
EMI: 1094
Loan Number: 51103103

Product 2 :
SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab S7 FE 6 GB RAM 128 GB
EMI: 4633
Loan Number: 60829884

Both the loans were closed at IDFC First bank's end. And I have received my NOC and even IDFC First bank updated in CIBIL as loans were closed.

Unfortunately, the loans show an outstanding amount needed to pay in your pay later portal.

I am getting calls and emails from your Flipkart collection agent. And I have explained the same to everyone there are no proper solutions for the same issue.

The first case was opened on Apr 26 at 10:56 AM, and it has not been given any solution so far.

There are 3 more pending cases on same issue till date without any reaolution.

I have attached the fund transfer details from Paytm to IDFC First bank for the outstanding amount, the NOC of the loans from IDFC First Bank, and the CIBIL Report in which the loans closed in all opened cases

Hope you don't need any further details from me. Kindly close the outstanding error as soon as possible.

And don't make myself regret using Flipkart pay later option
