Flipkart — Flipkart Paylater Option Deactivated - Though Paying Regularly! | |
Hi Flipkart Team: Greetings! I would like to bring to your notice that my "Flipkart Paylater" option has been deactivated. Interestingly, at the starting of this month, I was able to use this option. Despite, calling the Customer Care twice and raising this issue, this problem has not been sorted out. Customer Care informed me that my KYC needs to be updated, but my KYC in the app shows that it is still active. There is some mismatch of information between your backend and my app. PFA screenshots for your perusal. It will be appreciated if you could look into this issue and sort it out.
