[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart Perfect Homes Andes Engineered Wood 4 Door Wardrobe | |||
I had ordered a Flipkart Perfect Homes Andes Engineered Wood 4 Door Wardrobe and the same got delivered at our home on 29 June 2021 and the installation was done on the next day on 30/06/2021. On the same day we have raised complaint by calling to customer care and by mailing to flipkart that the back panel of the wardrobe is not of good quality and is very thin. Also there is gap between back panel and shelf inside the wardrobe. Firstly after this a technician came from the vendor Jeeves and updated the wrong remarks that the customer is happy and my replacement request got rejected. After again on my behalf a customer care executive raised for replacement on 3rd July 2021 and then today on 07/07/2021 a technician came from Jeeves and he checked the wardrobe and written the remarks in front of me the that the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the back panel and want to replace the back panel.
