[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart refund for marq 1.5 ton ac

I had ordered marq 1.5 ton ac with order no od[protected] from flipkart on 28th april 19. Along with this i had ordered one voltas 1.5 ton ac. Same delivery person came. I took delivery of voltas ac and returned marq ac. As confirmation of delivery, the delivery person took my aadhaar no. He fraudulently showed both acs as delivered. Since, both acs were showing delivered status, i could not cancel the order o[censored]ndelivered marq ac. Hence, i had to raise a return request for marq ac with flipkart. After, many conversations with their customer care, flipkart has not provided any satisfactory reply or refunded my money. So, now i am without the product as well as money.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the return of the product. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on May 22, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

Updated by R K Nainiwal Though it is being claimed by the seller that refund has been done, I am yet to receive the money in my account, even two days after.
