[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart refuses to have received payment

On 7 th October, I was trying to order shoes from flipkart and during the payment from my Paytm wallet the website closed abruptly. I wasn't able to place the order but Paytm showed successful transaction with flipkart of Rs1139, even receiving cashback.
Now, flipkart is refusing to have received the payment due to transaction issues from bank site and asked me to wait for 24 hrs but even after 4 days the issue is still not resolved.
I would like to get a refund for the amount deducted from my Paytm wallet.
