Order ID: OD[protected] Item) Product: Whirlpool 1 Ton 3 Star Split AC White Order Date: 23 March, 2017 8:44 AM Amount Paid: Rs. 23489 through Net banking Received Whirlpool 1 Ton Split AC from Flipkart on 25th March, 2017. The AC comes with free installation as stated by flipkart, but whirlpool installation team asked for money to install the AC. When I refused to pay more money the installation request was cancelled stating that that the customer wasn't available which was not true. I raised a return request of the product on 27th March, 2017 to which Flipkart refuse to take and instead offered AC installation service which can be claimed upto Rs.1500/- via Flipkart EGV of 1 year validity. Still no installation has been done even after multiple emails and phone calls to flipkart. My refund request is also pending. I've been cheated.Please help me get my refund from flipkart. May 6, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 05, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue has been taken up internally and followup will be made till closure.

If they offered free installation when you ordered means you may gone to consumer court and file the complaint against Flipkart and send them a Legal notice. You can claim as per offer provided at the time of ordered.
