[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart return policy | |||
Respected sir, I had bought an ifb microwave oven solo 17litre through flipkart on monday 31 july 2017 but due to a mistake on my behalf in selection of microwave oven i selected the wrong microwave oven and would request you to either replace this product with ifb convection microwave oven 20litre or refund my money. I assure you that microwave oven has not been used by me or any part has been damaged. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 07, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, as per the terms and conditions we will take the product back and provide replacement only if the product is damages, defective or different from specifications. As customers request reason for return do not belong to these category we will be unable to honor the request. hence closing the case.
