[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart same city misrouted | |
I have placed an order of redmi note 5 pro. It was to be delivered today. They have missrouted the order two times in same city. And even now they are saying wait for another two days. I am also ready to pick up order from their hub. But are not even providing me the address for it. Really not expected this kind of behaviour from flipkart. Really dissapointed. Verified Support Aug 22, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised complaint regarding product delivery, we have interacted with customer and informed feedback shared with courier service provider regarding the same hence told refund turn around time and told order has been cancelled closing the case from our team
