Order: nov 14th Delivery: nov 15th Asked for replacement as they sent wrong cheaper model: nov 15th Replacement rejected: nov 18th - without contacting us, and completely illegally. They sent wrong product. They should replace Order no: od[protected] Rejected replacement - replacement id: [protected] Bought a xiaomi 6gb model phone for 17, 000 inr Seller truecommerce via flipkart They sent 4gb phone instead of 6 gb phone Asked for replacement 1) didn't contact us 2) took 72 hours instead of responding quickly/updating quickly 3) instead of calling us they just rejected replacement If you have sent a 4 gb ram phone instead of 6 gb ram phone and we've done replacement request same day as delivery, then on what grounds is the replacement being rejected I am a blogger with 1.15 million daily active readers.
