[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart sold defective panasonic phone that could not be fixed by service center | |||||
I have provided doa certificate by panasonic service center for the purchased panasonic smart phone from flipkart dated 2.2.2017 and panasonic service center has provided doa certificate 19.7.2017. Flipkart is not providing any option to replace the defective product. Attached both invoice and doa certificate.in this case flipkart and panasonic both is not co-operating to replace my smart phone. Phone was kept most of the time in panasonic service center for different issues. Now after taking so much time panasonic not willing to do anything and provided doa certificate and asked me to go to flipkart for replacement. Flipkart saying within one month they can replace its product. I have no idea who should fix or replace my smart phone. As a seller of the product flipkart should take back the dead product and ask panasonic to replace this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
