Sir my concern about flipkart fraud i have order 2 times adidas solar boost shoes but saller send me both time some other local shoes i have compland for this in consumerscomplaints.in and flipkar with photos uploded as a proof so they give me refund and i have order this time adidas shoes so saller send me original shoes but in a black color but i have order blue color shoes so i have placed a return but flipkart block my account and they have reject my return also please help me. Updated by Ashish Parasar My complent still not resolved and how i creat my return for this product and my account also not active when i call customer car they says wait for email you are not listening my concern please help to resolve this issue please creat my return for this product and reactive my accout please becouse in my account due cardless credit and 1600 rupee gift voucher and 50 flipkart plus coine please reactive my account.

Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return cannot be initiated due to a high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
