[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart The return option throwing error while submitting the return

I am trying to return curtains I received in 26 Jan 2023, and the return date is 2nd Feb 2023. However, I am not able to return the product as it shows some error "oops, some error occurred" even though the product is returnable. I have tried contacting the customer care but they are also not able to resolve the issue.

I want a refund for the product.
