Booking ID: FF[protected] This is to inform that I have not yet received the refund amount initiated by GoAir for my canceled flight on March 20, 2020 (Date of Booking through FLIPKART) from CCU to JAI. It has been many months since and I expected the amount to have reached to me by now. I requested Flipkart to kindly look into this matter but they haven't responded to my emails yet. I have tried calling their travel customer care service but no one has responded. Tired of this, I called their regular customer care service and they have told me that they can't do anything regarding this matter. Such a pathetic service provided by one of the largest E-commerce platforms! Treating loyal customers like this wasn't expected from their end. Was this information helpful? | |
