[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart worst response, to, customers no escalation matrix no customer executive to attend customers

Dear team,

If flipkart is unable to work on this then let me know. If their is some issue then they should tell me over my first call only. Why flipkart team lying with customers??? If the thing is not possible then they would have tell me this initially & i will not take follow up further.

If flipkart is not responding customer promptly then pls remove the sentence that flipkart will support 24x7 to customer. Kindly change it into flipkart will response after 2 days & with false false commitments.

I have all recorded calls & mails with me if anyone wants to hear what flipkart is giving # commitments to customers.

So i conclude that flipkart is unable to provide me my mmt coupon & giving false commitments only. There's no such escalation team. They just pretend it like they are working on it but their will be no output from flipkart.

Thanks for your disgusting 24x7 supoort flipkart.

This is in regard the mobile phone which I bought from flipkart which was delivered yesterday (02nd December’17) and later I found the product not upto the mark, as battery is not performing as expected. Further, I have also done all the troubleshooting steps as suggested by customer care but still issue is persist.

Accordingly, I raised the request today morning (3rd December) to return the product and process the refund however, customer care team refused to process my request. Therefore, request you to re-address my complaint and help me in getting my refund.

Below are the details of provided product.

Model No Lenovo A6600 Plus (Black 16 GB)
Order on 01 December 2017,
Delivered on 02 December 2017.

Hoping resolution from your end.
I have ordered 24 Hours Organic Spirometer Respiratory Exerciser at a price of 247 which includes delivery charges of approx. Rs.60/-.
The item delivered on 17-OCt-2022 parcel contains damaged parts, when I try to place to return the item, there is no option in Flipkart site. If damaged piece delivered there is no return policy? it is totally unfair and looting the customer money.
I need my money refund at any cost. I have sent email to flipkart, multiple requests to call back, no use, i did not received any response.

I am going through a painful experience with your delivery team.

I bought a Pixel 7 from flipkart worth 60, 000 Rs on 14th Dec and was promised delivery on 17th Dec.
following was the ordeal I have had to suffer so far

- 17th Dec
I called the delivery agent requesting an earlier product delivery. He said it will not be delivered on saturday we will deliver on sunday. I tried to reason with him and requested delivery on 17th but it fell on deaf ears and said that his vehicle is not working.

I raised an issue with customer care but there was no help, they said we will look into it and possible resolution date is 22nd Dec

-18th Dec No delivery
spoke to the customer care twice but same reply

-19th Dec No delivery
spoke to the customer care twice but of no use

- 20th Dec No delivery
spoke to the customer care twice but of no use

- 21st Dec No delivery
I had given up and just waiting.. Customer care calls back and promises delivery by 9pm
I receive an sms stating the delivery will happen on the 21st but again the delivery person calls up and says I can't deliver today as I am on a different route.

- 21st Dec No delivery
waiting for delivery.. customer care calls back and is today suggesting me to wait and see till today end of the day and probably the product will be delivered tomorrow.

Here the sad part is despite the mistake from flipkart or ekart the customer is the one who pays in advance and has to just suffer through the entire episode feeling helpless.

The worst part is I can't cancel and go elsewhere as the Pixel 7 is only sold by flipkart.
