[Resolved]  Flipkart — fooling customer not returning money

I have placed an order on flipkart of below mention product and while receiving the ordered i found that they send me wrong product and next day i placed return request but now one month gone nobody coming to pick up the wrong product nor they returning my money.

Many time i call customer care and also e-mail them but nobody providing me proper solution they just fooling me and asking me to wait. Already one month now how many days need to wait?

Reason of return - hand gloves received instead of trolley bag

your pick up agent again cancelled the pickup without visit. this is happening since one month

my product delivered by Delhivery company because that time E - kart company was not opened here so the reverse pick up is arranged through Delhivery company but agent always cancel the pick up without visiting my place
