I have placed an order on flipkart of below mention product and while receiving the ordered i found that they send me wrong product and next day i placed return request but now one month gone nobody coming to pick up the wrong product nor they returning my money. Many time i call customer care and also e-mail them but nobody providing me proper solution they just fooling me and asking me to wait. Already one month now how many days need to wait? Apr 1, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved After more than one month fight my small issue has been resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. We would like to inform you that the seller has confirmed that the return request has been initiated for your order and the pick up of the product has been scheduled for March 23, 20200. Once the product is picked the refund shall be initiated and once initiated the refund shall be completed within 9 business days to your credit card account. Your kind understanding and patience are appreciated.
